Buru Dain Dan Eco Hut Bookings
We are now settling into the DDEC building and have accordingly created a bookings process for the use of the building. The bookings policy affirms that priority bookings are for DDEC and member groups but that other groups in the community also have the opportunity to use the hall. The booking guidelines are available here.
Booking Requests:
All booking requests must be submitted in writing at least seven days in advance of the event date.
Requests can be made via email to info@ddec.org.au. Please send detailed information about your event, including the date, time, duration, contact details of the responsible person leading the event, estimated number of attendees, and purpose of the event to info@ddec.org.au *For recurring meetings this only needs to be done once, outlining the date each month of the recurring meeting.
Specify any specific setup requirements, equipment needs, or additional services you may require.
Once your booking is accepted by response to your email you are then able to complete the booking form linked here (https://forms.gle/RkSupaBmz7BmpRy66 *as above only needs to be done once for recurring meetings) and this link (https://ddecbookings.youcanbook.me/) to schedule it in the calendar (which you do once the booking is approved). *Please note you can only make 2 hour block bookings so will need to do multiple if your event goes for longer.
